Where to Buy Raw Food in Japan?

People often ask me where to buy raw food in Japan? Fresh and organic veggies, where to buy raw nuts and oils, superfood and equipment etc. This is a list of shops, farms and places where I often buy my food.     I often buy here chia seeds, flax seeds, grains for sprouting and other. They sale amazing raw cacao and raw cacao butter from a famouse company Big Tree Farm. I bought my dehydrator in this shop too. This shop is located in Hokkaido and they have raw cafe there.
  2. Online shop www.livinglifemarketplace.com/ is located in Okinawa. They have nice raw food cafe, shop, making classes and events.  I order chia seeds, flax seeds, Irish moss and hemp seeds.

    This is american shop, but shipping to Japan is crazy cheap. I dont know how they could make this, but cost is only 4$. This is website where I  buy so many goods every month!  Unfortunatelly, the following items are not allowed to be imported into Japan: Kelp, Hoodia, Aloe, (except aloe vera), Vanilla, Flour, Barley, Corn meal, Raw Rice, Nuts, Seeds, Raw Beans, Products containing Hemp, Pet Foods, Pet Supplements. Be carefull, if your order value exceeds 16500 Yen, you will be charged for Customs duty and taxes. 10 kg (22 lbs.) or less per line item is allowed for personal import.

  13. Farmer’s Market at UNU is a farmer’s and local market that is located right around the United Nations University in Tokyo. Fresh organic veggies and fruits.   19. Fresh Kale in Japan. There’re two seasons for kales: the former is June to August, the latter is  October to middle December.
